There is a URL: localhost:3000/BusinessDonationTrackingForm where Businesses can go in and submit a donnation form indicating what they have done.

This URL is already complete, but there have been some changes since the Mid-Fi. Finish all the CSS, and it should fully match up with the 5 pages that are in the Figma as seen below (don't worry its just one page + Thank you Page, but there are variations based on whats selected):

If it does not match the database for whatever reason please let us know. For the photo upload, please have that setup, but me and josh will take care of uploading the photo to S3 Bucket.
