hdf5 opcode examples broken missing dataset file "example.h5"

hdf5read requires "example.h5" which doesn't exist
hdf5write appears to generate "example.h5" but fails

After that, should the dataset be pre-generated in the repository? If not, than read's page should probably mention that the data file should be pre-generated first.

Using the 6.15 official build, hdf5write.csd example works now (it had previously failed but was tested with a custom build that may have had issues)

However hdf5read.csd fails with the following message:
