Having versioned github actions provide consistent CI runs for the older branch which we will not get with the latest/dev version of actions.

This project intentionally does not have release branches (yet) to reduce maintenance overhead. Once there is a stable release, we can consider this request.

This project intentionally does not have release branches (yet) to reduce maintenance overhead. Once there is a stable release, we can consider this request.

If we are not planning to have release branches soon. we should start using the SHA instead of main/master as it keeps on changing and if anyone has forked the repo, they need to keep the repo updated for all the linter which is kind of more burden.
