Im usually not that fucking retarded but atm I just can't figure out why

fyi I don't think this repo will be continued and is being hosted only for other developers, i.e. no pull reqs or issues will be answered.

Also there is no error, you're missing something.
Remember to:

include "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft DirectX SDK (June 2010)\Include" (Or wherever your DXSdk is located at)
include "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft DirectX SDK (June 2010)\lib\x86"
Compiles as x86

none, of that is dx9 errors i included the directorys alr

Are you compiling for x86 version? using which C++ year? try to upgrade your project and sdk. You're not showing any useful information, have you already tried to google the error code?

It really seems like wrong compilation version.
