first email to students: schedule, practicalities, accessing Notebooks and eLena
second email to students: reminders, especially checking log in and onsite/remote participation
any students without Haka login?
(request feedback form) Not necessary because feedback form already in eLena
check on-site practicalities (badges, lunch)
preparations for hybrid set-up
