Sprint 1 Retrospective

Sprint 1 went well with minimal issues. It felt a bit light for all of us because it was mostly research and preparation-focused. We hit a roadblock with CI/CD because all of the minutes were used up, but moving our repo to public fixed that. There are also a couple of tasks that were left incomplete mostly due to being more relevant to sprint 2. It also took us more time to figure out the requested workflow than initially anticipated. However, we met our milestone, stuck to the meeting schedule we set for ourselves, and kept an open line of communication the whole time. Additionally, we met with our sponsor twice this sprint. Because of this, we are ready to hit the ground running with a solid foundational understanding of our project and workspace and are looking forward to sprint 2.
