I can't speak for the OP, but it might be helpful to apply a specific template when the Markdown file is created. Alternately you could create settings with variables to prefill YAML. The screenshot below shows how this is implemented with the TaskNotes plugin.

Hi I've installed the plugin, however when I try to:

1. Right-click on any folder containing PDFs inside Obsidian.
2. Select "Convert PDFs to Markdown".
   This 'Convert PDFs to Markdown' option do not appears in my obsidian. What could I be doing wrong? The plugin is allowed. I can`t see the page for the plugin settings too. Thank you

Understood, I will work on it

My PR #8 actually adds template support (I use Templater, myself, and have tested that, but I think it will work with the built-in Templates plugin, too; I just haven't fully tested that).
