沙拉查词版本: [v7.20.0]

描述问题

在www.reddit.com中，双击选中文字，会识别出上方和下方的文字去翻译，用鼠标拖动选中就是正常

复现步骤

打开Reddit
调出沙拉查词浮动窗口，鼠标双击选中回答中的文字
问题出现

期待的正常行为

鼠标双击选中回答中的文字，翻译显示正常
