combined_averaged_ratios.txt gets generic name

When using cimage combine to combine multiple datasets combined_averaged_ratios.txt should be named something like combined_averaged_ratios_dataset1_dataset2.txt, in order to be more consistent with other files that are generated as well as to allow back-to-back analyses.
