I'd like to suggest two packages for inclusion in the Bayesian Inference Task View:
-
Prova: Nonparametric Probabilistic-Statistical Variate Analysis with Automated Markov-Chain Monte Carlo https://cran.r-project.org/package=prova. It is a package for Bayesian nonparametric inference. What distinguishes it from other CRAN packages is that no posterior approximations are used, Markov-chain Monte Carlo calculations are automated, and combinations of different kinds of variates (categorical, ordinal, continuous, bounded, etc) can be dealt with.
-
Pinference: Probability Inference for Propositional Logic https://cran.r-project.org/package=Pinference. This package takes the viewpoint of Bayesian probability theory as an extension of logic. and allows to perform probability-logic calculations.
Please let me know if I can provide more information. Thank you for this task view!
