Get current step index in an event #1054

hey,

I want to log x/100 items processed on events:

EVENT_STEP_BEFORE_ELEMENT_MATCH
EVENT_STEP_BEFORE_ELEMENT_SAVE
EVENT_STEP_AFTER_ELEMENT_SAVE

There doesn't appear to be a suitable variable available in the FeedProcessEvent $event variable.

Can this be achieved another way without looping on your entire feed again to find the current item's position?
