Use PayPal Checkout to collect billing and shipping addresses

It would be great to have the option to begin the Paypal Checkout (old Express Checkout) from the cart page or product page. Similar to how Shopify / WooCommerce handle checkout.

Just wanted to add my vote for this... choosing your delivery/billing address BEFORE you have chosen your desired payment gateway isn't ideal the more I think about it...

Is the Express Checkout / Paypal Checkout still on the table anytime in the near future? Or is there another (additional/alternative) plugin that can handle both the payment and/or the address logic?
