Creating Entry Types Improvements

We've used Craft 5 quite a bit now and noticed a few things that are slowing down the whole process of creating new entry types (Matrix blocks essentially)

1. Defaulting the title, slug and status checkboxes off. Having these on by default only works when creating a new entry type for an entry. If your creating lots of matrix blocks we find ourselves disabling these every time. On some sites where there are only about 4 or 5 entry types, but 40+ blocks this is very time consuming!
2. When editing settings on a field in the entry types view, it always jumps you back to the top of the page. Argh!
3. It would be nice when editing a field that it had a checkbox to replace the handle automatically, rather than typing this handle out, as well as the label
4. We're unsure what "status" does for an entry type, when its used in a matrix. This status doesn't seem to translate to the status of that block, and still shows a status option.
5. It would be nice to group entry types, similar to how you could with fields previously before Craft 5. This would be a huge benefit so we can see what are "page entry types" and what are "matrix entry types" primarily. (Similar to Craft5 grouping fields and entry types in the CP #15546)
