Automatically collapse matrix blocks with no fields

I've built a page builder using a Matrix field. Using blocks you can add content like texts, images and empty spaces. These empty space blocks don't have any fields and just add margin on top of the next block. It would be nice if Matrix blocks that don't have any fields are automatically collapsed to save space.

It would also be nice if Craft remembers the collapse state of Matrix blocks.
