There's a convention where, if a menu item doesn't perform the stated action directly and immediately, and instead pops up some sort of confirmation or dialog where further action is required, the menu item will have an ellipsis (…) appended to the end. There's a couple of spots in the User actions menu where those ellipses are missing. I can't count the number of times I've clicked on "Copy password reset URL" and immediately switched to Slack or whatever to paste the URL, only to end up pasting my bank account password or Dogecoin wallet address. 🤣 There's probably more than just the ones highlighted below, but I didn't go searching...
