Attaching a sink to the request body

When the incoming request specifies body a router handler needs to be able to attach a sink to receive the body. A potential implementation for the route handler could be:

1. determine if the sink is already attached
2. if not, attach the sink and return a special route code
3. otherwise return route::next

Myself and @ashtum chatted about this in our ongoing meet. Is the special route code required. Is the act of setting the sink object not sufficient to indicate our intentions to the router?
