Outcome: No consensus.

The poll did not have consensus for spending more time in SG18. SG6 had not reviewed this paper. This poll does not prevent a new revision from being reviewed in SG6. A new revision should remove the single argument overload. Any user-provided type for the Engine template parameter needs to satisfy the random number engine requirements. Additional discussion how the per-thread engines are seeded is needed. A discussion of freestanding is needed since parts of the random header are currently freestanding. The impact of thread local storage needs to be discussed.
