Probably just a matter of modifying "Clone File"

One way to do this would be to just save the URL of the template workspace and just clone that workspace. Though this could potentially result in issues if the permissions of that workspace are changed. Also, I think the ideal behavior is for your template to not change when the underlying workspace is edited (unless you click "Set as Template" again afterward).

In addition, also implement the changes described in #86 (reset all languages; reset compile flag to be the default)
