Garmin connect code on github is outdated?

I've depolyed local tapiriik from github sources. But when I'm trying to connect garmin, it asks for login and password, while if I do it on the https://tapiriik.com/ site, it properly redirects to the garmin.com for oauth procedure.

Is the github code outdated by some chance? How can I deploy latest tapiriik version locally to use the same OAuth for garmin as the https://tapiriik.com/ site?
