Syncing .tcx files from dropbox to strava fails

I have my .tcx files in dropbox and I want to send them to strava. Can this be done?
I have already connected the two services and configured them, however it does not synchronize any file. apparently
tapiriik tries to send my strava activities to dropbox, but that's not what I need.

Today I am trying to do it again and with the same accounts now the error of
"CSRF token missing from session" when trying to connect to Dropbox.
