Safe: order goes to Open while is Cancelling #5425

  1. Open the app inside the Safe
  2. Go to Limit orders
  3. Place a new order is you don't have open orders there
  4. Start the order cancelling: sign, but not execute the TX --> order is 'Cancelling'

  1. Then start placing a new order: sign but not execute it

AR: the Cancelling order goes to Open

ER: the Cancelling order should be in 'Cancelling' state
