Is it possible to get a reference to the current Asset?

Hey, I'm using this SDK for an Asset Sidebar Widget type. I'm crawling through the extension object and I'm not seeing any properties that might give me a reference to the current asset on the screen. Specifically looking for an image's URL field.

I have the same request, can we get the functionality to get asset details in a Asset Sidebar Widget?
Currently there is no functionality in the SDK to do anything here.

I got a workaround using the postRobot in the SDK. If you resend the init command you can intercept the current asset.

   ContentstackUIExtension.init().then((extension: any) => {
      extension.postRobot
        .sendToParent("init", { version: "2.2.3" })
        .then((resp: any) => {
          console.log(resp.data.currentAsset);
        });
    });
