RFE: Automated post-build image tests for P|B|S

At the time of opening this issue, only the AIO image has any CI tests. It would be hugely beneficial if the Podman, Buildah, and Skopeo images were also tested. At a minimum they should be verified to function in-line with their individual README example sections.
