I updated today to 4.1.1 from either 3.2.0 or 4.0.0, I can't recall. The update seemed to work, the file copies and the device restarts. I've held both buttons while plugging it back in, and I can calibrate the noise floor with the Noise button (yellow and green lights respond properly to noise) so the device is "awake." But I can no longer get to the settings.sensorybridge.rocks page. Chrome, Firefox and Safari all show the error in the title. Downgrading to older firmwares does not fix it. I've tried 5 different USB ports across 3 laptops (2 mac, 1 windows) and 3 different cables, no change.
Without the ability to set up my specific settings, the device isn't usable (LED bar doesn't work). Is there a way to factory rest the device? The link to the troubleshooting page seems to be broken, so I can't look this up for myself.
Help?
