rd_kafka_get_watermark_offsets always returns 0s

Hi,

I try to use rd_kafka_get_watermark_offsets to get low and high watermarks of a partition. However, it always returns both 0 although the current offset from the partition isn't 0. Is it because of the broker unable to provide watermarks or any other cause? Is there any requirement to make this call work?

I have had a second try. The function can get the watermarks per partition.
