[FEATURE] Support Rust packages

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be great to be able to use grayskull to generate Rust package recipes.

Describe the solution you'd like

$ grayskull crates rasusa

would generate a standardised recipe for Rust.

Additional context
#310 would be something worth bundling into the standardised recipe produced.

Does this fit the scope of grayskull? And what is the best way to go about it? I am happy to contribute if someone can point me in the right direction.
