What's New

Complete Re-write of client data viz for the alpha client.

• Re-fetch PCA on vote or comment POST (500ms delay, debounce)
• Animate updates (way more stable than legacy re-animations)
• Color code up to 5 groups
• Show current user at their base-cluster center
• Use group-aware-consensus for "Consensus" statements NEW
• Custom re-write of concave hull geometry
• Add "X remaining" counter in statement card
