Describe the bug
If you have configured more than one account, the top-left icon (that one, which opens the settings page) shows the profile image from the currently used account.

When clicking on the Home button, this profile image is still shown. This is confusing, because in the home screen, no account is actually used at this moment.

It is also not easy to figure out, where the settings can be accessed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Configure more than one account.
  2. Select a direct message or room – the top-left Settings icons shows the profile picture of the account used.
  3. Click on the Home button.
  4. The top-left Settings button still shows the profile picture.

Expected behavior
In the Home screen no profile picture should be shown, because no profile is used.

Maybe a settings icon would be more suitable in this case? Or vertical three dots ? These dots could also be displayed as an overlay over the profile picture to remind the user that there will be more, if s/he clicks that icon …

But there is also another possible (and maybe better) solution:

  1. In the home screen, the 🏠 icon is shown.
  2. When in a Direct Messages or Room screen, the picture of the used account is shown.
  3. Clicking on this icon returns to the home screen. To indicate this feature, a back arrow should be shown as overlay.
  4. The button to access the settings page is then positioned at the bottom of the ‘sidebar’.
  5. The Add Space button could then also be positioned at the bottom, but above the Settings button.
