When #27 is fixed, it is possible now with the global Makefile.

Since there is only a single target, I would hope we can make this work with a Makefile.

The Makefile is already there. I just tested it, and looks like the latest emulator doesn't create a memroy.bin anymore, but when you remove the os.remove('memory.bin') line in tools/bas2.prg, then it is just one make call, and everything is built and copied to the release folder.
