Describe the bug

The Katex snippets seem not be rendering correctly on any lotusdocs site I have tested. This includes my own, but even the official Lotus Docs site.

Example from the Lotus Docs site:

I have tested the websites on Linux (NixOS and Ubuntu) and Windows 10 in multiple browsers, and have not found it to be working. I just see the raw tex code.
Interestingly, when I use the hugo preview server for my own local site, katex seems to working just fine.

Expected behavior

Katex snippets to render correctly.
