List merchants in tabulated format next to map or integrated with it

We could have the list beside the map and have it itemized per Country, Province or State.

Ex.
Canada
BC
business 1
business 2
ON
business 1
QB
business 1
business 2

United States
FL
business 1
business 2

Should we have the list consist of only brick & mortar businesses ? Or, I think it could be a good idea for us to list businesses that are not on the map as well to make us look better with the quantity of businesses using us.

Businesses not on the map
