Add possibility to set things on profile to private #442

The idea is that players would be able to set parts of the profile to private, this would be separated into:

Detailed stats
Matches
- Custom games
- All matches
Activity
Nemesis
Replays

Disabling any of the tabs (features) would also disable the "widgets" on the main screen.

The question is if the player standings should be private too?
Because player profiles are searchable on the official page https://leaderboards.companyofheroes.com/
