Improve guide for twitch extension setup in app

I would suggest adding this into the tab aswell. And reducing the visual clutter to see the guide better. Maybe also add images for the setup and in the future add a link to the explainer video

I feel like the steps are pretty simple 🤦 it's literally 2 clicks ... I think people didn't even try - otherwise there would be the records in the DB.

But yeah - we can add something to the first screen - the text can be added to the first screen explaining the stuff.

In the last screen there could be:

Next steps:

1. Install the COH2 extension on Twitch
2. Copy the following UUID and enter it in the extension settings on twitch
3. Enable the extension overlay in twitch settings
4. You are all setup!

The last message could have I icon and it could be italic.
