Refactoring Radox by Improving Request Handling, Method Consistency, and Utility Functionality

Move the RequestHandler class to inherit from BaseHTTPRequestHandler.

Add self to the render_template method to make it an instance method.

Fix the serve method's instantiation of the TCPServer.

The index(request) function will been renamed to home() with the unused request parameter removed.

A basic info() function has been added to replace the missing utility import, providing server information.
