Cannot use sort, filter, and limit

I'm using vue-cli simple webpack, and change the babel-preset of this module from stage 2 to stage 3.
The data display works fine but none of the sort, filter and limit function work. The limit only adds pages but the data display doesn't change.

Before using this, I ran the command
npm install babel-plugin-syntax-jsx babel-plugin-transform-vue-jsx babel-helper-vue-jsx-merge-props babel-preset-env

actually by just cloning this project and run npm install command and the npm run dev, the filter and sort will not work. Are they actually unfinished features?
