Change group URL

I had a project **A** and I changed the group URL to **B** in the group settings via gitblab.

**Issue** 
On coderabbit, the Organizations fetched is still referencing to **A**

**Expected behavior**
Oganizations with the updated path **B**

**Impact**
coderabbit can't interact with the project as **B**
