Does the bot have access to explore the codebase when asked specific questions?

I wonder if there's any logic required to better intuit context from a PR, as that usually contains very little scope to just the lines that were changed.

This bot is pulling in a lot of context, including existing file contents and summary of entire change while reviewing each file's changes.

In addition, you can comment on an entire file in a PR (https://github.blog/changelog/2023-03-14-comment-on-files-in-a-pull-request-public-beta/) and ask it questions regarding that file or f it's not too large.

The bot is not going to explore any files other than the ones that changed in the pull request though.
