Dashboard stuck at "Loading user ..." when no user has been created

If no user is created in the DB, e..g., a fresh compose up, the dashboard displays "Loader user..." forever.

Expected change: It should display that there is no user for X seconds and then redirect to the sign up page.

If no user is logged in, it should create a guest user automatically.

This stuck issue should be caused by the React hot-reloading, causing the app to be partially updated. A webpage refresh should solve the problem. This React hot-reloading issue will not appear in production.

Can we create a guest user in the database by default? Just need to add a migration. This will be helpful for people in local deployment to try out CodePod without logging in.
