Basic auth not working.

Hi,

Using your demo curl on my indexes in ES 1.4. I'am unable to access to any index with an auth constraint on it... I tried with curl , in browser, with ES-php same error 403 at every time.

Token is generated but do not permit to acces to any endpoint.

Nothing in logs, I remove the plugin and reinstalled many times.

Could you provide actual steps to reproduce it? (ex. a list of curl commands)
