日本的「資料目錄網站」開放的資料，有部分 uri 失效。

data.go.jp some dataset is "404 Page Not Found"

For example : /組織/警察庁/平成23年の犯罪
http://www.data.go.jp/data/dataset/npa_99_ds_131126_00000001

But I found some data here :
http://www.npa.go.jp/archive/toukei/keiki/h23/h23hanzaitoukei.htm
