As a Volunteer, I should be able to view the call type mapping history

Background

Right now in the proof of concept, we've got a view that displays a flat list of all call type mappings and hardcoded values for the person who created them.

Task (pending UX)

• In the classification/call type mapping history, we should see a list: approved call type mappings and unapproved call type mappings. Each one should be grouped with:
  • the individual classifications that have been done so far
  • the confidence levels of each classification
  • the author of each classification
  • Approved call type mappings should be clearly indicated.
• This view should be paginated
