DESCRIPTION

Documentation is an important part in open source. Therefore it is necessary to write it.

Proposed Solution

Write Readme.md files for each program in the repo.

And also documentation is needed for every program. So a single person cant do it all.
It would be better if you can work on some part, while others on other part.
So its kind of open to everyone

Thank you for letting me work on in this issue. 😄
Actually the thing is that I'm currently going through some medical examinations for my epilepsy treatment, so I wasn't free the past few days. Since I'm a bit new to GitHub it would be easier for me to work on such an issue for a start.
I'll get back to coding once my medical examinations are over.
I hope my incompetency would be forgiven

P.S. I apologize for sending such a long comment 😅
