[Bug]: Reinstall opencode overwrote my config

Bug Description

I'm having trouble configuring some models, so I thought I'd just run the bun command again to reinstall. And it overwrote my oh-my-opencode.json file completely. Can we not do that, please?

Steps to Reproduce

bunx opencode install

Expected Behavior

Ask me if I want to overwrite my config, at least.

make a pr bunx opencode install to be only modifying the json / jsonc

The issue has been resolved! 🎉

Summary

The command was overwriting user configurations because it deleted the entire object before merging. This has been fixed by removing that deletion and properly merging configs instead.

What Changed

• File: src/cli/config-manager.ts
• Change: Removed delete existing.agents line
• Result: User customizations are now preserved during reinstall

How It Works Now

The installer now:

1. ✅ Reads your existing config
2. ✅ Merges new settings with existing ones
3. ✅ Preserves your customizations
4. ✅ Only updates fields specified by the installer

Before (overwrites):
