Browsing background outputs not possible

I want to be able to check the conversation/output of background tasks. Similar to how I can check what sub-agents are doing.

If this is possible, then it should be mentioned in the docs or README. I use github copilot and other free LLM offerings and would like to monitor my agent work more carefully.

if it runs subagents use
ctrl + x + (left or right arrow)

the output will also remember you to use this command if it redirected to a subagents

When it launches the subagents sure, I can use Ctrl+X, right|left arrows (don't much prefer that either, btw. It should be picker but that's upstream issue).
But when it launches an async subagent task there's no way, as far as I can tell, to browse it's output.
