@farishkash If I understand correctly you mean a drop-down selection box to be able to choose tags right?

And with the second part I think you meant that we should add a 'add new tag' link that goes to new_tag below the selection box.

Maybe we can use something like this:

Both of those allow multiple selection, which is good if we want to allow multiple tags.
