We are hosting our project on GitHub and we should utilize its capabilities more. Let's remove the changelog file and use GitHub Releases.

I created the drafts for the releases already. Now we just have to move the content.

All releases now have their changelog paragraphs. With commit b64061d the release workflow was improved. The configuration file was updated with 86f5bd3 .
