As a visitor I would like to input my location even if I'm not from the United States, so that I can see my run on the MAV Geomap #262

Elaine raised this issue during testing at COSI:

There are 3 filters involved, letting you see where your zip code is compared to others' zip codes on a map of the world or a map of the US or a map of Ohio. However, if someone is not from the US (and maybe Canada? not sure of their postal code system) they can't put in where they live, can they?

We should support some method for people inputting their location beyond US Postal Code.

This has been raised a few times and is an important feature to make sure we work on in the v3 design phase.
