Install TagLab pip and pycocotools error #93

I am having installation errors with several of the dependencies: pycocotools, pip, osgeos, rasterio.

Error: Failed building wheel for pycocotools

Hi Kayelyn,

if pycocotools building fails the installation do not continue. This may be the reason of the other missing packages.

If you are under Window, to successfully build pycocotools try to install Microsoft Visual Build Tool from the following link:

https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/visual-cpp-build-tools/

Thank you for your reply. I now receive errors for module "rasterio'.
