Support to run the e2e test cases using podman as currently the test cases assume that the user use docker locally (or thropugh the github workflow)

To support that it will be needed to add 2 new variables to the makefile to specify the "CONTAINER_ENGINE" to be used: docker or podman and "DOCKER_HOST" to access the docker engine sock file
