Description of the bug

Upon a server restart and a new beginning, Donators will only have the OOC tab and the OOC Text color - Self verb, must reconnect to fix this issue. It used to be constant, but with the new fix chat patches, it now is only occuring sometimes.

What's the difference with what should have happened?

I should see my other tabs appear as well.

How do we reproduce this bug?

Have a new round start
Have a random chance of not having your tabs or any way to fix it.
